Some control panels (e.g., Plesk) don't set up usernames; so users can
log in as username for email without there being a username on the box.

While we do the same, one feature I'd love to see added to the RaQ is
optional username creation for those of us who want to let our clients
admin their own virtual sites, yet still control usernames.
