Save a file called Hosts in the System Folder
Enter the following
your.domain.com A xx.xxx.xxx.xx
Those are just spaces between everything. Fill in the domain you are
looking for and the IP address.
Go to Control Panels - TCP/IP - Edit - User Mode
Set User Mode to advanced, click OK
In the TCP/IP Window click the select hosts file button.
Find your hosts file and close TCP/IP.
You may need to restart your machine.
