Considering they are aiming it at people like us, why dont they take our
comments and criticisms to heart and give us what we want and in many cases
ASK for? /rhetorical

For instance, they push it as a solution for ISPs... then why no reseller
panel? Or does that staqware stuff supposedly take care of it (for a large
chunk of cash)?
