[cobalt-users] SMTP failed- I have an emergency

Guys & gals -

OK, I don't know what I've done, but I've somehow managed to kill the SMTP
service on my Raq2.

I was in playing with CHMOD on the /web directory to fix some FTP problems
as discussed previously on the list.  I don't know how it's related, but
evidently the SMTP quit about the same time.

I'm completely lost, and I must get it working again.  Any help would be
appreciated.  If you're good at this stuff and you have a few moments to
take a look, I wouldn't mind sending a PayPal your way for your trouble.
Otherwise, we're dead in the water here.
