Another possibility is the Apache.pm 1.27 bug that bit me hard a few
days back. I'll leave it to the package experts to divulge the details,
but suffice it to say, one of the 'reboot required' packages changed
the admin web server to require Apache.pm, rev 1.27 or higher, but....
1) it didn't load it and
2) CPAN only had Apache 1.26 as 'current'
MAJOR bug, if you ask me.
