Yeah, blame me. My post broke the list. ;-)

It seems to be catching up, slowly. A reply I made showed up a short
time later.

I think Erika, who no longer works for Sun, answered that previously.
Cobalt would prefer everyone use the forum and would like the list to go
away. So they don't support it. I've also noticed fewer posts by
Sun/Cobalt employees compared to the past.
(Although the way they can get beat up on the list may be another
reason.)

I would suggest anyone interested in a "just-in-case" if Cobalt decides
to dump the list, to email Jeff privately to subscribe them to his list
if and when this list dies. I'm sure Jeff could scrape the names from
his archives, but that wouldn't be the Right Thing[TM] to do. Once the
list disappears, it would be too late.
