Could we use raqbackup.sh in order to backup on the same hard disk.

ahh yes - that old chestnut again - the simple answer is that the Cobalt
Backup does not work I suggest you run over to
http://www.neuhaus-internet.de/cobalt/raqbackup/ where there is a very
backup script that does work - and it will backup any mysql data that
you have as well and then ftp the whole lot of somewhere else for you.
