Whell is it me or isnt there anymore a free version

Unless it is the latest version of ChiliASP, you need to install the
SpicePack
to send email. You can get it for free, though, from ChiliSoft (for the
RaQ4) -- you just need to contact them for download instructions.
I don't have the info handy, but there was one small error in their
installation
docs about the location of a *.so file -- the location on the RaQ is
different
than what their emailed instructions said.
If you do have it already installed, just go into your admin control panel
to
"maintenance" and then "install software" -- you can follow the links there
for
ChiliSoft and the SpicePack for all the info you should need to make it
work.
