I never said you couldn't. You appeared to be questioning what Cobalt
said about the RaQ sending 1,000,000 per day and unhappy with your rate
of 2,000 per minute. I pointed out that you are doing better than
advertised as 695 per minute would be 1,000,000 per day. If you want
better than 2,000 per minute, don't use a RaQ. If you want advice on
something besides a RaQ, I suggest another list or one of the spammer
support sites.
