It should be in the manual ... there is a pin hole on the front of the RaQ
... insert a straightened paperclip to operate a microswitch. If this is
done at the right point in time the admin password will be reset to factory
default. You'll have to read the manual for exact details ... I use Qubes.
Its probably a really good idea to do an OS Restore anyway. The basic
process is to get an OS Restore CD, boot an appropriately configured PC from
the CD, hold down certain buttons on the RaQ as it starts and it will
netboot from the PC and perform an OS Restore. The exact instructions will
be on the PC screen when it boots from the OS Restore CD. You can download
an OS Restore CD image from Sun.
