The XBL website is at http://www.selwerd.cx/xbl/ You can do an IP address
lookup there. I wouldn't bother emailing the administrator of that list as
he mentions on his website that he doesn't honor requests to delist IP
addresses.
I suggest that you read the policy of a DNS blackhole lists before using
it. some of them list a /16 to block one server that sent out spam.
