Unfortunately, too many people think their time is too valuable to take
that step and the reader's time is much less valuable and can be wasted.
Especially those poor digest readers who must wade through all the
useless juvenile rants and top posted garbage that reposts entire
threads over and over.
I'm not sure how many changes there have been since this post, but
everyone gets a copy of this when they join the list. Some,
unfortunately, choose to ignore it.
