[cobalt-users] Problem with log files

I am having problems with my log files they don't seam to want to
update the site logs. Some of the log have a todays date on them but
if you open them up the last entry might have been back in Jan. (and
YES there has been a lot of traffic on the site). What can I do to
reset all the log files and get them working again
