[cobalt-users] Raq3 strange behavior after downgrade Kernel

  I recently had problems of my Raq3 being unresponsive for many hours
during the day. I discovered that downgrading the Kernel release from number
32 to 28 solved this problem but another one arose: When checking emails
now, all users are experiencing a very slow connection time and download
time, either in POP3 or SMTP. Any ideas of what could be causing this?
