Sure, but it's hardly a lesson for a post in a mailing list.  I suggest
you read the sections of the RaQ manual concerning DNS setup, and at
least the sections explaining how the domain name system works in either
"DNS and BIND" from O'Reilly, or "Linux DNS Server Administration" from
Sybex.

If you still have problems, perhaps join a local users' group or a
national association of hosting-companies/ISPs/webmasters, and attend
meetings and workshops.

If you need immediate help on specific issues, then you should ask
specific questions on this list.  If you've got sites down and need them
up NOW, then the best route to take is probably to at least temporarily
outsource your DNS, or hire a DNS consultant.
