Unfortunately, no, it doesn't - what I'm saying is that there is no
indication that the pkg file did indeed install.  Should I reboot the
server, or is this one of those that will not show its head anywhere but via
a telnet session.  :\

I do appreciate the attempt and attention, though. :)
