I own 3 of these - I've had to reformat 5 times, lost one completely, and
have lost every customer I've ever had the misfortune to host on
one.  I've updated using Cobalt issued updates and blown away the
interface doing so.

Sun will only listen if you pay $300.00 for phone support ($150.00 per hour
with a 2 hour minimum).  However, I like my 2 RAQ's and have gotten good
service from them.  I don't think they are as user friendly as advertised,
but for the price they are a good value.  I know very very little about the
operating system, but have installed 2 and loaded all patches.  My first RAQ
is 1.5 years old now and never reloaded.  My 2nd RAQ is 8 months old and
never reloaded.  I have about 130 domains between the 2 and they do a great
job.

SO...  if you hate your RAQ's SO BAD...  send them to me.
