AW: [cobalt-users] Exact steps for enabling dnsbl in sendmail for relays.ordb.org, etc.

Hello,

look at
http://list.cobalt.com/pipermail/cobalt-users/2001-September/051879.html

or
http://ordb.org/faq/?&setlang=en

I did it exactly the way described on ordb.org on my raq 4 and it is
running now.

Best regards,

Axel

Betreff: [cobalt-users] Exact steps for enabling dnsbl in sendmail for
relays.ordb.org, etc.

Over the last month the amount of spam that users on our RaQs receive
has
increased and I would love so much to enable blacklist lookups in
sendmail.
I have searched the archives and found a few different versions of how
to
setup sendmail to use spam/uce blacklists. And each of them are
different,
non-specific, and confusing.

I know that some of you out there who set this up on a few RaQ's per
month
must have exact instructions for doing this without killing the mail
server
GUI interaction, etc. If we could get exact instructions for enabling
dnsbl
on a RaQ4, I bet a lot of people, including newbies, etc will implement
it.
(I would so love for a "blacklist server location" field in the GUI !!!)

Can anybody help on this issue?

The main problems and difficulties come up while trying to rebuild the
sendmail.cf with the new changes and keeping pop-before-smtp from
breaking.

TIA!

Sincerely,
Cody Watkins
