Hi Mikael

You could ask the customer for the usernames, login, passwords, forwarding
of emails for his additional users and set these up for him/her.

The customer cant do this themselves as the DNS will not have resolved and
they wont be able to login to their siteadmin. Then aslong as all the
details are the same, there should be no loss of email when the DNS
resolves.
