Hi Guys,
I've often wondered if RAID 1 in a Qube3 actually fails over transparently
and now I've just had a Qube3 send me the following ...

Its no hassle inserting a replacement disk, but how dead is dead?
How fussy is the RAID software wrt a "failure"?
Is this a hard or a soft failure?
Is it possible to reformat the disk and reuse it or shouldn't the disk be
trusted again?
