The best example of this was when Jumpline changed their whole business 
model and hosting operation from Alabanzas set-up to VDS & Sphera.

I would hate to think how many customers they lost because of the bugs, 
stuff up, customer accounts not working and basically not QA testing before 
making the system live. We had a reseller account with Jumpline over 50 
accounts, the change over to Sphera and new Colo almost crucified me, 
customers couldn't access databases for weeks, Perl Modules weren't 
installed on the servers, mail didn't work, they even stopped signing up 
new accounts at one stage. We eventually moved everyone off of there and 
onto our Cobalts.

What I seen of it and what I've experienced of it - yah can keep it.
