The url to the GUI is at: http://www.sphera.com/
Downloads at: http://www.sphera.com/product_document.php
The eServer xSeries Hosting Appliance from IBM and Sphera
Featuring HostingDirector Appliance Edition software,
it's the next-generation Web hosting appliance you've been waiting for.

There is also:

But once you click more INFO I got hit up with about 10 Incoming
connections request on port 53 and declined. Than I got a time-out
or error page. I hate them dam* sites where they ping you,
they route you and they all end up in some doubleclick.* or ads.*
sites/domains.
Anyway I did lots of reading on it and they suck. Same as today
when I went to waste my day at a Baseball field with the lots full
of cars. I was 15 minutes away to buy a 2000 SUV when I dug some
dirt while crawling underneath the car and found 2 locations with
OIL Leaks and oil on the pavement. They sure clean them outside,
tire spray and on a 28K mile car from 2000. Off topic (Sorry)
I like to do the same with my Web Servers.
But *there* is also other side to the story. I did a deja.com
search for past 3-6 months on Sphera:
http://groups.google.com/groups?as_q=sphera&as_drrb=q&as_qdr=m3&num=100&
hl=en
There are some good feedback and some bad. My opinion would be
if you come out with something new and you are testing it out
and beta while developing more and more, don't be so expensive
and don't make us buy more and more apps after the 30 day trial.
I don't understand why IBM or whoever is getting involved and selling
"SHAREWARE" software on their stuff.
