Good question, the old RaQ4i in question has now been killed and its
contract terminated once I purchased my own.
However I remember upgrading the ChiliSoft ASP as I saw it advertised on the
Cobalt site, I grabbed it and installed it as it contained the SpicePack
which (if I remember a while back you had to pay for), so I think the answer
is yes, however I cant confirm which version it was.
