Because once you've installed Pop before Relay on your RaQ all relay
errors are reported this way.

If Pop before Relay isn't enabled then the RaQ will only pop when the
IP# the mail is from either matches an IP# in the listbox, or matches an
IP# returned when the domain the listbox is run through DNS. If you've
put the client's domain name in the listbox, then it's probably
resolving to an IP# on the RaQ where you're hosting the domain, and not
on the client's personal computer from where s/he sends email.
You need to either put the IP# the client is using into the listbox, or
if the client doesn't have a static IP#, then you implement Pop before
Relay, and tell the client to check email first.
