Typical AIT. Their attitude is that's the best way to get the customer's
attention, rather than calling or emailing about billing problems.

Please set your email program not to include the email address of the
person whose post you're replying to. They just get harvested by spam
bots from the list archives that way, otherwise they're not archived
anymore.
