It is difficult to diagnose your problem with the information you provide.
If you recently changed something that affects the glue records in the whois
database, then it may take from 24 to 72 hours for these issues to resolve....
You should have changed the SOA, making TTL real low, before transfering.
It is probably too late to do that, now that you have transfered...
If you need more help diagnosing the problem, post the domain name to the
list or send me the domain name off list and I'll take a look...
