Well to make a long story short, AIT stopped auto-drafting my credit card
about 3 months ago so they pulled the plug on my server.  No warning, no
reasons, and none of the first 12 support technicians knew this information.
They finally billed my credit card, which they had on file the whole time,
and said they would try to get my server back up.  9 hours and 2 phone calls
later the machine comes up with no problems.  

I am now trying to put a backup solution on the server and then it is
MOVING!!  I am looking for a new host to colocate with, so please reply to
me off-list.

TOTAL TIME DOWN: 22 hours
