can you ssh into a server, or have dig on a PC and execute (for each nameserver)
dig @nameserver.tld 230.81.33.12.in-addr.arpa does it resolve???
If it does not resolve, then talk to your ISP and have them fix it...
Then go out onto the internet, I use
http://www.his.com/cgi-bin/nslookup
and see it it will resolve...
It is your responsibility as the admin of a nemeserver and as a good Internet
citizen to insure that your nameservers work properly...

These two are broke
NS1.CHAUTAUQUALAKE.net
NS2.CHAUTAUQUALAKE.net
For some reason these two look like they do not have the in-addr.arpa zone file.
Perhaps these nameservers are not getting zone transfers???
dig @NS1.CHAUTAUQUALAKE.net 230.81.33.12.in-addr.arpa
dig @NS1.CHAUTAUQUALAKE.net 230.81.33.12.in-addr.arpa
