He's probably using AOL, aol's cache server is converting them into .art
files, when he uploads them again, they get a new timestamp and he
bypasses the cache server for a while untill it updates them , then it
gives him .art files again...
have him save to disk from the browser and see what he's got compared to
what he uploaded, ...
