Sad for all of us who want to be able to share facts about real experiences.
And if what Dan Resler said was libel, it makes me wonder where the line is
drawn.

Some people's pockets are deeper than others'.  What really scares me is
that even though the defendants may have been found innocent most of them
decided it was best to settle in a case that seems to me to have little
merit.  Of course IANAL.  When you're looking at a possible $15 million
judgment it's not hard to see why.  I'll be watching the case to see how it
plays out.  Maybe I'll even see if Dan wants to join me for lunch so we can
discuss it.
