Hi,

I am sorry if this is going to sound like a stupid question, but
sometimes
they have to be asked.

I have a customer that insists, that after a few days of being uploaded
to
the server some of his JPG files get corrupted. The images still work,
but
they seem to depreciate in quality.

I originally said that they cannot be corrupted by the server, and it
was more
likely his photo editing software. But he says they are fine on his hard
drive, as
all he does is reFTP them and they are OK for a few days.

I have a Raq 4 running all the latest patches, is it in anyway possible
that the
server is corrupting his files?

Many Thanks for your time.

Sure, and it is possible that I am able to walk on water.
They are only being read. If they are being changed the time date stamp will also change.
Is it possible they are reducing the size that is displayed on the site?
Are they viewing the jpgs on their hard drive with a browser or only their photo editing software?
