[cobalt-users] Re: "Linux PC vs. Cobalt" posts

I have received several complaints today from members of this mailing list. 
Most were complaining about the personal war that seems to have broken out 
on this list.

I understand that we all have opinions on whether a "build it yourself" 
solution or a Cobalt solution is better. However, the posting and personal 
attacks have spiraled out of control. Please remember that this list is 
distributed to approximately 2,500 people, not all of whom wish to see a 
flamewar. If you are upset with another member of the list, please take the 
discussion off the list. If you are upset with Sun or Cobalt, please feel 
free to constructively criticize. However, do not resort to flaming, as 
this is unproductive for all involved.

If I receive complaints again, your list membership will be suspended. All 
who are involved with this need to take a step back. As list maintainer, I 
welcome the discussion about alternatives to Cobalt. However, personal 
attacks, derisive comments, or flaming are not welcome. Please take this 
into consideration when you post to this list.
