Bob, you just create users through the Cobalt GUI like you normally would.
Then the users enter their username and password in the SquirrelMail login
page.  That's it.  Of course, you can use useradd and setup email accounts
in Sendmail manually, but there's nothing to gain from doing so.  If I'm
misunderstanding your problem let me know.
