    Charlie,   I have been trying to submit a question to the  cobalt mail
forum and so far no luck. My question is as follows.   I have  been
attempting to ftp to my RAQ4 server this afternoon. Every attempt results  in
the ftp program replying with 550: permission denied
 Could someone  please point me in the right direction with as to why I may
have lost my ftp  access to the server.
