Re: [cobalt-users] Raq4 Help: OpenSSL, Stunnel & POP3 email

Just tried and I get the same error. Would be nice to implement Secure POP3
on all our servers.

Subject: [cobalt-users] Raq4 Help: OpenSSL, Stunnel & POP3 email

Hi,

I'm trying to install Stunnel (www.stunnel.org) in order to set up SSL POP3
email connections.

There's a guide on the UK2 RaQ FAQ here:
http://www.uk2raq.com/raqfaq/raqfaqshow.php?faq=39 but this guide is a
little out of date, I think (it says to upgrade openssl to
openssl-0.9.5a-2.6.x.i386.rpm, but I think my raq comes with a newer
version).

However, on trying to configure stunnel, I get a warning message asking me
the location of OpenSSL, which I'm sure that I've got correct.

[admin stunnel-3.22]$ ./configure --with-ssl=/usr/share/ssl/
<snip>
checking for SSL directory... Not found

Couldn't find your SSL library installation dir
Use --with-ssl option to fix this problem

Has anyone else installed stunnel successfully? Or does anyone know where
OpenSSL is located on the raq4?

Thanks,

Anthony Cook
