[cobalt-users] Rewrite issues mail.domain.com

When using Openwebmail on a RaQ4 and wanting to
use webmail from URL http://mail.domain.com
I have the problem that Openwebmail sets emailaddresses
in standard (undeletable) fromfield as
@mail.domain.com, instead of @domain.com
Also, it seems that users are based on the rewrite-hostname,
not on the domain itself. So when I change host from
www into mail the Raq can't find a user anymore!
In Openwebmail the user seems to be username@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
and not username@xxxxxxxxxx
How do I solve this?
Anyone know about this?
The www rewrite issues from Cobalt machines have me really worried.
I never wanted the www in front of my domain either way.
It should be http://*.domain.com and http://domain.com
and www or any host implementation for email should be omitted
in my opinion. That way mail.domain.com and pop.domain.com
will all work nicely without trouble.
