You can add:
<Directory /home/sites/site00>
AllowOverride All
Options All
</Directory>
At the bottom of the access.conf, replacing 00 with the actual number of
the site. Then run httpd restart. You may want to read up on the different
options you can use hear. Setting it to "all" sometimes isnt the best
thing to do, but it will work for now.
