HI Scott.
In the alias box just type the alias before the @ sign not alias@xxxxxxxxxx
otherwise you will get this error. ie. my.name or support nor
my.name@xxxxxxxxxx
It looks like you want to forward this domain, so once you've set up the
alias, (you can have as many as you like for each user) then type the full
domain in the forward box where you want the emails forwarded to.
