Not sure on this, I haven't been able to reproduce this yet.  You've
only seen one instance of this error?  Is your Qube used for serving
email?

This is BlueLinQ and it appears that
/usr/lib/perl5/5.00503/IPC/Open3.pm, a module from the regular perl
5.00503 RPM that is part of the Cobalt Linux distribution.  
Verify this file exists.  If it doesn't, perl will have to be
reinstalled.  Have you accidentally had a power failure or outage that
could have introduced some disk corruption?
