Rod, what errors do you get, either reported to your mail client or in
/var/log/maillog? tail -f /var/log/maillog while attempted to grab your
email and paste the output into an email here. Also, it would be helpful to
know which model server you are referring to. Can some of your users check
email and if so how? Could some/all of your users previously check email
and if so what has changed? In any case, in order to access your email on a
RaQ (at least RaQ1,2,3,4) you just need to specifiy a hostname in your email
client which is a hostname on the box with a valid DNS A record which is
live. It doesn't even have to be a host on the same domain the user is part
of. If the server isn't receiving email for the users that's a different
problem entirely. If what I said doesn't work, it's probably a DNS issue.

Unfortunately the image starts to load and then just hangs. Maybe you can
just output the zone file for the domain. Do this:
cat /etc/named/pri.<domain.tld>
