yes, I got by all that, but still have a problem with mysql
being at /home/mysql
so I get an errror when trying to start mysqld
020406 13:45:40 mysqld started
020406 13:45:40 /home/mysql/libexec/mysqld: Can't find file:
'./mysql/host.frm' (errno: 13)
020406 13:45:40 mysqld ended
the host.frm file is in /home/mysql/var/mysql/
