They most likely need to check their email before sending. I believe someone said that Outlook and Outlook Express send before checking which will get errors. If the client has a static IP address, you can put their address in the relay box under the email parameters. If you can get them to change to Eudora or Netscape mail, they will check mail before sending. Various other things you can do is change the default time in the email parameters to a larger amount of time ( I have 30 minutes). Have the person is Outlook set the program to check for mail at a shorter period of time than you have in the email parameters. Set Outlook to check for email when opened. This way it will check before they start writing and then stay logged in. They won't get any errors about relaying this way. If they are in some other program and select to sent to email, outlook will try and send before checking.
