Re: [cobalt-users] RaQ4 'domain of sender does not resolve'

My RaQ4 is rejecting an incoming email. Maillog says:

I have replaced the guy's name with [sender-name] but everything else here
is genuine.

The sending server keeps trying every four hours.

I think Radview are having some DNS problems because my users can't send to
them either. This doesn't really matter, but is there an easy, temporary way
to make the RaQ less fussy so that this message can come in despite the
resolution problem?

Many thanks

Are you sure the return address is real. If you are not sure, got to http://network-tools.com and put the email address in the box and tell it to check the email address. You can make it work by allowing relaying I believe. They can send then and so can everyone else.
