David, did you download and install the source distribution from
http://www.squirrelmail.org/? Unless there's a configuration option I'm not
aware of, it has no mechanism to check that a user is associated with the
domain the user is trying to access SquirrelMail through. I'm running 1.25
on a RaQ4 with 7 of the add-on modules. I have it installed in a central
location and use an Alias directive in srm.conf to make it accessible via
the /webmail/ directory of all sites on the server. Alternately, you could
specifiy the Alias directive for specific sites only by including it in the
specific sites' VirtualHost container in httpd.conf instead. If it doesn't
work like I describe, maybe you can post some details of your setup here.
