When I go the Add MX Record panel, I have the following options:

Host Name (optional)
Domain Name
Mail Server Name
Delivery Predecence

Where am I supposed to enter the IP Address and Network Mask?

Hi Bob,
The 'A' record for the mail server takes care of it. Use the FQDN of the mail server in Mail Server Name.
