The RaQ2 supports name-based hosting so there shouldn't be a limit separate
from the limit the box can handle. I believe as configured you won't be
able to host more than about 250 sites on the box. If you don't need to
rely on the GUI to setup the sites there are ways to host many more sites
than that, but you'll probably run into performance issues before you get to
that point anyway.
