[cobalt-users] ipchains - where???

Please excuse my stupidity if I am indeed being stupid, but.... where can I
download the latest version of ipchains for my RaQ3? Preferably source
distribution.

I have found numerous links which initially appear to lead to the
development homepage, but every one I have tried is dead or out of date.
Main two links that appear are netfilter.filewatcher.org which is
unreachable (moving to a new home?) and the freshmeat links which are dead.
