If your saying that the pages were all sent and built with upper and lower
case page names, something like MyPage1.html and MyPage2.html, and there
showing up on the server after being FTP'd as mypage1.html and mypage2.html.
Them check your FTP program. I use WSFTP Pro and there is a place to check
to 'Force Lowercase Remote Names'. If that's checked, un-check it and
re-upload the site. Also check that all the links in the pages are the same
as the page, if the link is MyPage1.html and the actual page is mypage1.html
that can cause a problem. In that case you can a) edit each link in each
page to point to the correct page or via the FTP program b) rename each page
to be the same as the link on the page.

I would check the FTP program first and see if there is a 'Force Lower Case
Remote Names' and re-upload, that would be faster I think.
