You're looking in the wrong place, John.

It's on the CD. Go ahead and boot off it, and you'll see what I mean.
Do you need instructions on creating a CD from an ISO option? You'll
find that in your CD burner software; it's an option <smile>.
And yes, you MUST be able to boot from the CD; it takes over your
system. I don't remember if it requires ATAPI or not.
It might boot and then not run, if it reaquires ATAPI.
