If its an early/old RaQ3 it might not have 2 x IDE Sockets on board (Mine
did not - RaQ3i).
If it only has one IDE socket on board you could make it master/slave but I
dont' think RAID Mirroring will work unless it has 2 X Master HD's.
Also it maybe worth checking that should you run two drives the PSU is up to
it.
